Preliminary

These terms and conditions govern Your entrance into and participation in promotions organised by The Point through the website https://www.thepointmalta.com/ and/or other URLs belonging or licensed to which you may have been directed to via social media channels or radio. By entering into a promotion You will be deemed to have accepted and shall be bound by these terms and conditions which are solely available in the English language and which will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malta. These terms and conditions should be read together with Our Privacy Policy which contains information as to how The Point processes Your personal data, and which would also apply to the processing of Your information to enable Us to enroll You as a participant in a promotion. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry / Offer instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all consumers will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. On Thursday 1st December 2022 The Point Shopping Mall will kick start its The Point Football Campaign.
2. Shoppers who purchase any amount above €100.00 euros may receive ONE The Point Football, until stocks last.
3. Gift redemption steps:
   1. Visit the Management Suite on Level -1
   2. Get your receipts stamped.
   3. Receive ONE football.
4. **Only ONE football will be given out on any amount of €100.00 or more on one receipt, irrespective of the transaction value.
5. Only receipts of purchases made at The Point will be accepted.
6. Redemption MUST BE DONE on the same day of the purchase.
7. Receipts cannot be combined to reach the minimum spend required.
8. The football must be accepted as awarded. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer is permitted.
9. Redemption of the football can be done: Monday – Friday 10am – 7.15pm; Weekends and public holidays 11am – 7.15pm
10. Voucher purchases are not eligible for the offer.
11. Only original receipts will be accepted.

13. By participating, the participant is irrevocably accepting these Terms and Conditions that may be amended.
