TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SHOP & INDULGE IN CHOCOLATE & BUBBLY

The “Shop & Indulge in Chocolate & Bubbly” promotion at The Point Shopping Mall will run from 13th February to 14th February 2025, or while stocks last. Any entries or claims received outside of the promotional period will not be eligible for the promotion.

How to Participate: To take part in the promotion, customers must make a purchase of 10 euros or more at participating stores within The Point Shopping Mall on 13th or 14th February 2025. Upon making a purchase, customers are required to present the original receipt from the same day at the Spritz Bar located in the mall to enjoy a complimentary spritz or chocolate treat, subject to availability.

Prize Details:

The offer includes either a spritz or a chocolate treat, provided upon showing a valid receipt from a participating store.

The offer is limited to one spritz or chocolate treat per customer, per receipt, while stocks last.

The spritz and chocolate treat are not exchangeable for cash or any other product.

Eligibility: This promotion is open to all customers aged 18 years and above. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate. Only original receipts from 13th or 14th February 2025 will be accepted. Multiple receipts may be combined to show a valid purchase from participating stores but only one treat may be redeemed per customer.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants in the “Shop & Indulge in Chocolate & Bubbly” promotion.

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Tigné Mall Plc. reserves the right to amend, cancel, or extend the promotion at any time without prior notice and without liability.

Tigné Mall Plc. is not responsible for lost or stolen original receipts, or for any technical issues that may prevent a customer from participating.

Personal Data: By participating in this promotion, you consent to the processing of your personal data as required for the administration of the promotion, in accordance with Tigné Mall’s Privacy Policy. Tigné Mall Plc. and its partners may use personal data for the purpose of the promotion only.

Liability: Tigné Mall Plc. will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from participation in this promotion. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Tigné Mall Plc. will be final. The treat must be claimed at the mall on the same day of the purchase.
