Terms & Conditions – Shop & Win a Luxury Trip for Two to Dubai

In collaboration with The Point Shopping Mall & ROCS Travel

1. Eligibility

This competition is open to all individuals aged 18 or over who are legally resident in Malta. Employees of Tigné Mall plc (C 13656), ROCS Travel (Charichelon Company Limited, C 14614), and their immediate family members (including but not limited to spouses, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate. Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be deemed invalid.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To participate, customers must make a minimum qualifying purchase of €20 or more in a single transaction at any store within The Point Shopping Mall between Monday 25th August 2025 and Friday, 17th October 2025, by 10:59 AM.

2.2 Customers must present their receipt at the ROCS Travel stand on Level -3 and complete a physical voucher form. Participants are also required to fill out a general knowledge multiple choice question.

2.3 One voucher can be submitted per receipt. Multiple qualifying receipts of €20 or more allow for multiple entries.

2.4 Completed vouchers are to be deposited into the official Shop & Win URN.

2.5 Receipts must be original and clearly legible. Copies, reprinted, altered, or fraudulent receipts will not be accepted.

2.6 ROCS Travel and The Point reserve the right to verify the authenticity of all entries and receipts and disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, or deemed suspicious.

3. The Prize

3.1 The prize consists of return economy flights for two on the award-winning Emirates Airlines, including 7kg hand luggage and 23kg checked baggage per person. Enjoy 3 nights at Atlantis The Palm and 3 nights at Atlantis The Royal, both on a bed and breakfast basis for two people. All taxes and charges are included.

3.2 The prize must be booked by the end of November 2025 and travel must be completed by March 2026, excluding peak season (15th December 2025 – 5th January 2026).

3.3 The prize is subject to availability in the appropriate classes.

3.4 The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

3.5 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3.6 Any additional expenses, including but not limited to insurance, personal spending, airport transfers, and any applicable visas, are the responsibility of the winner and their companion.

3.7 Travel insurance is highly recommended and not included in the prize.

3.8 The winner and travel companion are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel and entry requirements for the United Arab Emirates.

4. Winner Selection

4.1 The raffle draw will take place on Friday, 17th October 2025, at 11:00 AM at The Point Shopping Mall.

4.2 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and contacted via the telephone number provided.

4.3 The selected winner will be required to correctly answer a general knowledge question about The Point to confirm their win.

4.4 If the selected entrant cannot be reached, fails to answer the question correctly, or is disqualified for any reason, another winner may be selected.

4.5 Proof of identity and residency in Malta must be presented to claim the prize.

5. Prize Claim

5.1 The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of being contacted. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture and a new draw may be conducted.

5.2 The winner will be issued an official voucher redeemable at ROCS Travel’s offices in Floriana.

5.3 ROCS Travel will coordinate the trip details directly with the winner and their companion.

6. General Terms

6.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 The Point and ROCS Travel reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time.

6.3 All personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws and policies.

6.4 The organisers are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or technical errors affecting entries.

6.5 Decisions by The Point and ROCS Travel regarding the competition are final and binding.

6.6 Attempts to manipulate or tamper with the entry process will result in disqualification.

6.7 Participants agree their data may be used for marketing purposes by both The Point (as per the Tigné Mall Privacy Notice) and ROCS Travel.

6.8 The winner and travel companion must sign an acceptance form agreeing to the competition terms and authorising the use of their names and photos for marketing purposes without further compensation.

6.9 The winner and travel companion accept all travel risks and shall fully indemnify The Point and ROCS Travel against any losses, damages, or claims arising during the trip.

6.10 This promotion is governed by the laws of Malta and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
