Terms & Conditions – 15th Anniversary Prize Giveaway at The Point in collaboration with ROCS Travel.

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to all customers who are 18 years or older and are legally resident in Malta.

Employees of Tigne Mall plc, C 13656 (‘The Point’ or ‘The Point Shopping Mall’), Charichelon Company Limited,

C14614 (operating under the trade name ROCS Group, in this specific case, the travel division known as ROCS

Travel) (‘ROCS Travel’), and their immediate family members (including but not limited to spouses, children,

parents, and siblings) are not eligible to participate in this giveaway.

Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter, customers must make a qualifying purchase of twenty-five Euro (€25) or more in a single

transaction at The Point Shopping Mall between March 1st, 2025, 0001hrs and March 22nd, 2025, 1700hrs.

2.2 After making a qualifying purchase, customers must present their receipt at the ROCS Travel South African

stand located at MINUSTHREE The Point.

2.3 Customers will need to show the receipt with a value of twenty-five Euro (€25) or more and complete a

voucher form provided by ROCS Travel.

2.4 Upon completing the voucher form, customers will drop it into the raffle prize box, and their receipt will be

stamped and returned to them.

2.5 One voucher can be filled in per receipt. If customers have multiple receipts of twenty-five Euro (€25) or

more, they can fill out and submit a separate voucher for each receipt, providing multiple chances to win.

2.6 Incomplete, incorrect, or illegible entries will not be accepted.

2.7 ROCS Travel and The Point Shopping Mall reserve the right to verify the validity of receipts and reject any

fraudulent or tampered receipts.

2.8 Only original purchase receipts will be accepted. Copies, reprinted, or altered receipts will not be valid.

3. Prize

3.1 The prize is a ROCS Travel 19-day “World in One Country” African Safari for 2 people between August 17,

3.2 The prize is non-transferable.

3.3 Dates cannot be amended.

3.4 Winning names cannot be amended.

3.5 Visas, if required, are the responsibility of the winners.

3.6 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or set-off against any existing or future balance due to ROCS Travel

and/or The Point.

3.7 The prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and ROCS Travel makes no representations or warranties regarding

the prize, including but not limited to its quality or suitability for any purpose.

3.8 Any additional costs related to the trip, including but not limited to vaccinations, personal expenses,

insurance, and transportation to and from the airport, are the sole responsibility of the winners.

3.9 The prize does not include travel insurance. It is highly recommended that the winner and their companion

obtain adequate travel insurance coverage at their own expense.

3.10 The prize cannot be resold, and any attempt to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

4. Winner Selection and Announcement

4.1 The raffle prize draw will take place on March 22nd, 2025, during the anniversary event at The Point.

4.2 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and called using the phone number provided

by the customer.

4.3 During such call, the winner will be asked a general knowledge question about The Point Shopping Mall. If

the winner answers correctly, they will win the prize.

4.4 If the winner does not answer the phone or is unable to answer the question correctly, another winner

may be selected.

4.5 If a winner is disqualified for any reason, ROCS Travel and The Point Shopping Mall reserve the right to

conduct a new draw and select a new winner.

4.6 ROCS Travel and The Point Shopping Mall are not responsible for any inability to reach the winner due to

incorrect contact details provided during entry.

4.7 The winner must provide proof of identity and residence in Malta before claiming the prize.

5. Prize Claim

5.1 The winner will be announced on March 22nd, 2025, at the anniversary event.

5.2 The winner must claim the prize within seven (7) days of the announcement. Failure to do so will result in

the prize being forfeited and steps 4.2 and 4.3 above being repeated.

5.3 The Point Shopping Mall will present to the official winner a ROCS voucher to be redeemed at the ROCS

offices in Floriana within seven (7) days from March 22nd, 2025. ROCS Travel will provide further details about

the trip, including how to book and redeem the prize.

5.4 If the winner fails to comply with and/or respond to prize claim instructions within the specified time,

ROCS Travel and The Point Shopping Mall reserve the right to disqualify the winner and select another entrant.

5.5 The winner must adhere to the travel itinerary set by ROCS Travel. Any changes outside the provided

itinerary are strictly prohibited.

6. General Terms

6.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

6.2 The Point Shopping Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time, at its

sole discretion.

6.3 All personal data provided by participants will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and in

accordance with any and all privacy notices provided.

6.4 The Point Shopping Mall, ROCS Travel, and their affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, lost,

late, or misdirected entries, or any other errors that may prevent a valid entry from being entered into the

raffle.

6.5 The Point Shopping Mall and ROCS Travel’s decisions regarding the prize draw are final and binding.

6.6 Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the entry process or prize draw will result in disqualification.

6.7 All entries agree that their data may be utilized for marketing purposes for both The Point Shopping Mall

(as explained in the Tigne Mall Privacy Notice) and ROCS Travel.

6.8 ROCS Travel and The Point Shopping Mall reserve the right to request a written acknowledgment from the

winner confirming acceptance of the prize and these terms and conditions.

6.9 Participants acknowledge that any disputes arising from this giveaway shall be resolved at the sole

discretion of The Point Shopping Mall and ROCS Travel, and their decision shall be final.

6.10 The Point Shopping Mall and ROCS Travel reserve the right to disqualify any participant who they

reasonably suspect or know to have breached these terms and conditions or engaged in any unfair or

fraudulent practices.

6.11 ROCS Travel and The Point Shopping Mall will not be liable for any cancellations, delays, or unforeseen

circumstances that impact the fulfillment of the prize.

6.12 Participants acknowledge that by entering the competition and in the event that they win, they will need

to grant, via a separate form which will be provided once the winner is confirmed, ROCS Travel and The Point

Shopping Mall permission to use their names, photographs before, during, and after the trip and entry details

for promotional and marketing purposes without any additional compensation.

6.13 The winner and their travel companion agree to comply with all travel requirements and entry conditions

imposed by South African authorities and over which ROCS Travel and The Point have no control. Failure to

comply will not be the responsibility of ROCS Travel or The Point Shopping Mall.

6.14 The winner and their travel companion understand that while on the trip, they will be visiting locations

and interacting with persons that are not associated with or under the control or supervision of ROCS Travel

and/or The Point, and the winner and their travel companion freely accept and assume all risks and hazards

that may arise from the trip and that could result in loss, damage, illness, personal injury, death, or property

damage/theft, irrespective of the cause.

6.15 The winner and their travel companion fully indemnify and hold harmless ROCS Travel and The Point from

any judgment, settlement, loss, claim(s), liability, damage, and/or costs, including court costs and reasonable

attorney fees that ROCS Travel and/or The Poi““““nt may incur as a result of any negligent or deliberate act or

omission on the part of the winner and their travel companion during the trip.

6.16 This competition is governed by the laws of Malta and is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malta.
