Tigné Mall Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsamxett Properties Limited, a Hili Ventures company. Marsamxett Properties was incorporated in 2023 as a dedicated holding vehicle for strategic investments in the real estate and retail sectors.

In 2024, Marsamxett Properties launched a conditional public takeover bid for Tigné Mall p.l.c., which concluded in December. Following the acquisition, Marsamxett Properties obtained full ownership and control of Tigné Mall p.l.c., which was subsequently delisted from the Malta Stock Exchange in February 2025 and converted to a limited liability company.
