TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CHRISTMAS GIFT WITH PURCHASE

The “Festive Gift with Purchase” promotion at The Point Shopping Mall will run from 8th December to 24th December, or while stocks last. Any claims made outside of the promotional period will not be eligible.

How to Participate
Customers must spend a minimum of €100 or more on the same day at participating stores within The Point Shopping Mall. Original receipts from different stores may be combined to reach the €100 minimum spend.

For every €100 spent, customers are eligible to receive one (1) festive mug. A maximum of two (2) mugs may be claimed per receipt, meaning customers spending €200 or more on a single receipt may receive two mugs, subject to stock availability.

Claiming the Gift
To claim the festive mug/s, customers must present their original same-day receipt(s) showing the qualifying spend at the Promotion Desk located within the mall on the same day of purchase. Gifts are provided strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

Gift Details
The festive mugs are not exchangeable for cash or any other product.

Eligibility
This promotion is open to all customers aged 18 years or over. Participants under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or legal
guardian to participate. All receipts must be original and dated on the same day the claim is made. Receipts from different stores may be combined to reach the qualifying spend threshold.

General Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants. By participating, all customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Tigné Mall Plc. reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or extend the promotion at any time without prior notice and without liability. Tigné Mall Plc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged receipts, or for any circumstances that may prevent a participant from claiming the gift.

Personal Data
By participating, customers consent to the processing of personal data solely for the administration of the promotion, in accordance with Tigné Mall Plc.’s Privacy Policy.

Liability
Tigné Mall Plc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages arising out of participation in this promotion. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Tigné Mall Plc. shall be final.

All gifts must be claimed on the same day as the qualifying purchase.
