TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CHRISTMAS GIFT WITH PURCHASE

The “Shop & Win a Teddy” promotion at The Point Shopping Mall will run from 1st December to 24th December, or while stocks last. Any entries received outside of the promotional period will not be eligible for the promotion.

To participate, customers must spend a total of €150 or more at The Point Shopping Mall on the same day. Original receipts from different stores within the mall may be combined to meet the €150 minimum spend. For every €150 spent, customers are eligible to receive one teddy. One original receipt equals one teddy, regardless of the total amount on the original receipt.

How to Participate: Visit The Point Shopping Mall and shop at any of the participating stores. Present your original receipts from the same day, showing a minimum total spend of €150, at the promotion desk located in the mall. For each valid original receipt, you will receive one teddy, regardless of the value of the original receipt.

Prize Details: Each customer who meets the eligibility criteria will receive a teddy. While stocks last, the teddy will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. The Teddies are not exchangeable for cash or any other product.

Eligibility: This promotion is open to all customers who are 18 years of age or older. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.

Original receipts must be from the same day to be eligible. Original receipts from different stores can be combined to reach the €150 threshold.

General Terms: These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants in the “Shop & Win a Teddy” promotion. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Tigné Mall Plc. reserves the right to amend, cancel, or extend the promotion at any time without prior notice and without liability. Tigné Mall Plc. is not responsible for lost or stolen original receipts, or for any technical issues that may prevent a customer from participating.

Personal Data: By participating in this promotion, you consent to the processing of your personal data as required for the administration of the promotion, in accordance with Tigné Mall’s Privacy Policy. Tigné Mall Plc. and its partners may use personal data for the purpose of the promotion only.

Liability: Tigné Mall Plc. will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from participation in this promotion. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Tigné Mall Plc. will be final. The Teddy has to be claimed from the mall on the same day that the purchase was done.
