TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This promotion at The Point Shopping Mall will run from 8th May to 10th May 2025, or while

stocks last. Any claims received outside of the promotional period will not be eligible for the

promotion.

How to Participate:

To take part in the promotion, customers must make a purchase of €25 or more at any

participating store within The Point Shopping Mall between 8th and 10th May 2025.

Upon making a qualifying purchase, customers are required to present the original same-day

receipt at the promotional stand located at Level -2 (Food Court area) to receive a

complimentary mini flowering plant, subject to availability.

Gift Details:

• The offer includes one mini flowering plant per qualifying receipt.
• The offer is limited to one gift per customer, per receipt, while stocks last.
• The mini plant is not exchangeable for cash or any other product.

Eligibility:

• This promotion is open to all customers.
• Only original receipts dated 8th, 9th, or 10th May 2025 will be accepted.
• Multiple receipts may be combined to meet the €25 threshold, but only one plant may be redeemed per customer per day.

General Terms:

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants in the “Celebrate Mother’s Day with a Gift from The Point” promotion.
• By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Tigné Mall Plc. reserves the right to amend, cancel, or extend the promotion at any time without prior notice and without liability.
• Tigné Mall Plc. is not responsible for lost or stolen receipts, or for any technical issues that may prevent a customer from participating.

required for the administration of the promotion, in accordance with Tigné Mall’s Privacy

Policy. Tigné Mall Plc. and its partners may use personal data for the purpose of the

promotion only.

Liability:

Tigné Mall Plc. will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages

arising from participation in this promotion. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Tigné

Mall Plc. will be final. The gift must be claimed at the mall on the same day as the purchase.
